A: Yes I do special orders all the time.

Q: How do I place an order?

A: The best way to place an order is to go through the on-line catalog. Orders can also be placed through email, phone or fax.

Q: What type of payment do you accept?

A: I accept Master Card or Visa. I also accept checks, but paying in this way will delay shippment of your order because I wait till I recieve the check before shipping the order out.

Q: How do you ship?

A: I use UPS and USPS. You can choose which one you would like me to use by going through the on-line ordering. I can also ship two day or overnight if you specify.

Q: How long does it take you to get your orders out.

A: Orders are usually sent out within a week of getting them. I do have busy seasons that it may take a little longer. If you need your order by a certain date please specfy that in the comment section of your order.

Q: How is the shipping cost figured?

A: The shipping is figured by weight. The amount given at the time of placing an order is usually pretty accurate. There are sometimes that an order needs to be shipped out in more then one box, in this case an adjustment will need to be made on the amount for shipping. You will recieve a receipt to see exactly what the cost was.

Q: Why does my order include sales tax if I live outside of Wisconsin?

A: Tax will not be figured until I process the order. There are some states like IL that I'm considered a business there and have to charge sales tax.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: I do not give refunds. I can't exchange special orders but I will exchange any in stock item within two weeks of shipping it. On items that are purchased as a gift and the person wants to exchange for a different color some exceptions can be made.

Q: How do I schedule a homeshow and what are the benefits

A: I only do homeshows in the Milwaukee area. Email or call me and a date can be set up. My schedule is very busy so please plan ahead. I give a percentage of the sales to the hostess in free product. It is a great way to get some birthday or holiday shopping out of the way, or better yet some beautiful things for yourself!
